Hospital Rules and Regulations

Dear visitors,

Thank you for selecting this hospital for your treatment.
All hospital staff consider themselves responsible for your health and strive to keep you satisfied. Please remember the following rules:
Presenting a national ID card is necessary for admission.
Please refrain from making cash payments.
All payments are made via credit card readers. Please receive your receipt after payment. The sum received at the time of hospitalization is a pre-payment, and the remainder, including hospital costs and doctor compensation, will be received according to the approved rates.
If your hospitalization extends to over 3 days, please visit the relevant department to notify and complete the deposit.

Department Rules

  1. Safety Points

Emergency exit stairs at the end of the department are intended for such circumstances.

Raise the bed’s side guard when sleeping and resting or ask the nurse if you don’t know how to operate it.

Do not leave the department without informing your nurse.

  1. Department Hygiene

In special rooms, avoid handshakes, kissing the patient, and wearing striking perfumes.
It is forbidden to bring flowers to special rooms for cardiovascular patients.

It is necessary to observe the following rules for health and cleanliness:

  • Cleanliness inside the ward and in bathroom
  • Keeping foods inside the ward fridge
  • Avoid using black plastic bags to keep foods in the fridge.
  • Smoking is forbidden in all areas of the hospital.
  1. Nutritional Plan

The attending physician prescribes the patient’s nutritional plan, and your food is specified by the nutritional expert according to food taste and habits.

Meals are served in the following hours:

  • Breakfast from 5:30 to 6:30 AM
  • Lunch from 12 to 1 PM
  • Dinner from 6 to 7 PM

To maintain order during food and snack distribution in these hours, patients and companions are asked to stay in the patient's room.

  1. Peace and Calm

It is forbidden to use mobile phones in all departments due to disrupting medical equipment and the patient’s calm.

Keep calm and quiet to prevent discomforting and agitating patients.

Companion Rules

  • Companions can attend hospitalization rooms with the patient’s request and the doctor's approval. For female patients, only same-sex companions are allowed entry to the patient’s room.
  • Each patient is allowed to have one companion. To acquire the companion card, please visit hospital admission and renew and change your card every day between 10 to 11 AM.
  • The companion's is only allowed to stay with the patient with the attending physician and department director’s permission after receiving the companion card.
  • Same-sex companions in hospitalization rooms are permitted after coordination with the department director.
  • It is forbidden to trespass hospitalization rooms or clinic through the emergency.

Mobile Phones in the Hospital

  • Please talk quietly over the phone to not agitate others.
  • For visits in special wards, mobile phone are forbidden.
  • Please stay at least two meters away from medical equipment while talking over the phone in emergencies. Some medical equipment are damaged by waves and others can damage your phone.
  • During visits by doctors or talking and interacting with healthcare staff, please turn off or silence your phone.
  • For any medical action, please come to the treatment area without a phone.
  • Shooting videos, taking pictures, or recording voices is legally prohibited and individuals found in violation will be subject to legal action.

Dress Code

  • Observing Iran's law on religious values and Islamic clothing is mandatory.
  • All hospital workers dressed in uniforms, including staff, medical, and technical employees, have an identification patch and are ready to respond to visitors.

Discharge Rules

  • The discharge paper is required to discharge patients from the hospital.
  • All treatment, medical, equipment, medicine, and other costs are paid to the hospital fund. Therefore, avoid making cash payments to individuals.
  • Hospitalized patients can be discharged on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 5 PM and 9 AM to 2 PM on Fridays and holidays.
  • To discharge your patient from the hospital, please visit at the specified time.
  • Since hospital costs are set according to minimums, please do not ask for any discounts.

Insurance Rules

  • Patients with complimentary insurance need to obtain a letter of recommendation unless they are insured by Iran Insurance Company SOS, gold card from other insurance companies, or Armed Forces.
  • Patients who have forgotten or lost their doctor's letter must talk to their doctor before hospitalization.
  • Make sure to bring your national ID card for hospitalization.
  • If you have complementary insurance contract party to the organization, please visit the relevant organization one day prior to issuing your insurance policy.
  • In letters of recommendation by contracted organizations, the fund will receive franchise payment by patients as interim payment.
  • Patients referred to the hospital by other insurance companies or contracted organizations should pay the difference of free rate for one bedroom and two bedrooms wards and other items outside insurance commitments.
  • Before any payment, please receive the ticket, submit the first copy to reception for filing, and keep the second copy for discharge.
  • It is mandatory to have the birth certificate of daughters covered by the parents’ insurance.
  • This hospital manages its current costs according to the principles of income and is not covered by any governmental organization. Therefore, the hospital mandates full deposit payment and settlement of stated sums to the discharge unit.
  • To protect the security of individuals’ items, please refrain from bringing precious objects and more cash than required.
  • If the patient is below 18 years of age, the father should be present with identification to sign documents.
  • After hospitalization, patients may provide their room and bed phone number to companions and call their patients by dialing 85556 + room number.
  • The hospital’s facilities are provided for your convenience. Please look after them.
  • The patients and companions in this center can make payments through credit card readers.
