Hospital Workers Rights Charter
In Islam, saving one human's life is equal to saving humanity. Therefore, hospital workers who provide services to patients have rights, including:
- Participating in hospital decisions to achieve its mission and strategy
- The right to use rights and benefits according to administrative rules and regulations
- The right to use annual earned leave, sick leave, and hourly leave according to administrative rules and regulations
- The right to use complementary in-service training
- The right to provide the necessary information and guidance to clients within their occupational responsibility
- The right for patient and companion privacy when receiving effective care
- The right to having their problems addressed by higher authorities
- The right to perform their duties in their occupational, legal, and scientific fields
- Occupational safety and judicial assistance from the relevant authorities
- The right to Articles 607, 608,and 609 of the Constitution (disobedience of government officials, disrespecting persons, and legal support in case of threats and insults)
- The right to observe professional affidavits within religious and legal bounds
- The right to a calm and safe environment to provide optimal care
