In patient care, visitors have concerns about treatment and visit under hospital rules. In addition to in-person questions and answers with our experienced staff regarding conditions for ICU visits, the following points provide more information:

  • The ICU visit hours are from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
  • Due to the special conditions of ICU and CCU departments, patients can only visit companions from 4 to 5 PM.
  • The companions need to quickly leave the wards after visit hours.
  • Companions should avoid smoking and observe hygiene during visits to bring comfort to patients and staff.
  • Companions can permanently accompany patients until discharge only after the doctor's or medical team's approval.
  • The patient visit card is necessary during visits to the hospital.
  • It is forbidden to bring children or individuals under the age of 12 to visit patients.
  • It is forbidden to touch the equipment connected to patients or other devices inside the room.
  • Observing personal hygiene and washing hands before entry to wards will prevent the spread of microbes.
